This homeowner in Danvers, MA noticed the concrete deck around the pool was sinking. They wanted the surface to be level and safe for use throughout the summer, and so chose Erickson Foundation Solutions to install PolyLevel.

After installation, the concrete around the pool was even, stable, and safe.

PowerBrace, Center Sandwich, NH

The owner of Thomson Builders was building a home and the foundation has a large horizontal crack. Design Specialist Paul Magowan came to the newly constructed home to examine the crack. The crack extends 18' horizontally down the wall. Paul suggested that Erickson installs PowerBraces on the foundation wall. Crew Lead Spencer Ladd and his team came to the home and installed the PowerBrace and secured the foundation wall. 

Old Supports Replaced with Helical Piers, Nottingham, NH

This lake-side home in Nottingham, New Hampshire, had supports at the back of their home that were rusted and failing. They reached out to EFS for a free inspection of their home. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowner inspected the foundation and recommended installing Helical Piers on the back of the home and encased them in an Auxiliary Wall. We installed the Helical Piers and then set up our forms and encased the piers in concrete to lock them into place. 

Rock and Brick Foundation Wall was Bulging Inward, Georgetown, MA

This homeowner in Georgetown, Massachusetts, had a foundation wall in their basement that was made up of stone and brick. The home was made in the 1800s and the homeowners have seen over the last decade that the walls seem to be flexing inward. The homeowner plans to pass the home along to their daughter but would like to have the home in better condition. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their foundation. After the inspection, the Design Specialist recommended installing an Auxiliary Wall over the bulging wall to prevent further movement.
