Then a Crew Lead from Erickson Foundation Supportworks came in with their crew and sealed all of the cracks in the basement. 

You can see in the before picture that there are watermarks on the concrete but none in that same area in the after photo. Also in the after picture, you can see the area where the edges of the floor and parts of the wall are sealed.
