In the last 3 years, they have seen a crack start to form in the foundation wall of their detached garage and get larger every year. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their garage. Our Design Specialist Victor Tapia met with the homeowner and inspected the garage. Victor found that the crack was getting larger because the wall was bowing outward and needed to be stabilized to stop the wall from continuing to bow.
