The homeowner called EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist Kenny Calabrese recommended replacing the brick columns with our SmartJacks. This homeowner in Newmarket, New Hampshire has the concrete slab in the basement that was sinking. Recent storms have allowed water to start entering the basement. The homeowner would like to prevent water from getting in and fix the concrete slab. The homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection. 

Design Specialist Michael Bradley inspected the home. Michael recommended our team demolish the old slab, pour a new slab with a soil vapor barrier, and install 11 SmartJacks for support.

Crew Lead Chris Tremblay and his team arrived at the home and demolished the slab, installed a vapor barrier and gravel fill, then installed SmartJacks, and finally poured a new slab. 

A homeowner in Newmarket, New Hampshire, recently purchased their home but during the inspection of their home, the inspector noted a slope in their main floor.
