Auxiliary Wall Installation, Dover, NH

This homeowner in Dover, New Hampshire was experiencing deteriorating fieldstone in their investment property. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection.

A design specialist arrived at the home and inspected the basement. The design specialist recommended installing an auxiliary wall to the fieldstone foundation to stop the wall from deteriorating from the inside. The basement also needed masonry block repair and over 100' of Water Guard and a Super Sump to be installed. 

 

Concrete Foundation Damage, Dover, NH

This homeowner in Dover, New Hampshire had their home hit by a car and needed some foundation and crack repair work done to their home. They were looking for a company that could fix everything at one time. The homeowner decided to call EFS because they had previously helped another home that was hit by a car.

Design Specialist Brian Swindell conducted an interior and exterior inspection of the home. Brian found cracks and movement caused by the car hitting the home. Brian recommended installing Geolocks and sealing the cracks in the foundation.

A homeowner in Dover, New Hampshire built their home in 1990 and has lived in their home for just over 30 years. Over the 30 years of living in their home, they haven't had any water enter their home until this past year. The homeowner noticed water entering through their foundation wall in the basement starting in 2021. The homeowner decided to reach out to EFS for a free inspection and our design specialist recommended using FlexiSpan to prevent water from collecting into their basement. 

Sentry Seal Installation, Dover, NH

The owner of a building in Dover, New Hampshire, had water soaking through their foundation and into the basement of their building. The owners wanted to eliminate the water entering the basement so they reached out to EFS for a free inspection. Our Design Specialist recommended installing Sentry Seal to the exterior foundation wall to create a barrier that water cannot penetrate through. 

Masonry Block Wall Installation, Dover, NH

A resident of Dover, New Hampshire had intended to replace the windows in their old home from the late 1800s. However, the window technician who came to assess the project noticed that the windows were no longer square and difficult to open. The technician advised the homeowner to have their foundation inspected before proceeding with window replacement. The homeowner contacted EFS for a free foundation inspection, and our Design Specialist, Jason Vachon, met with them to conduct the inspection. Based on the findings, Jason recommended several products to stabilize the foundation, including installing a new section using Mason Block.
