Over the past 5 years, the homeowner noticed that there was a sag in the floor under the cabinets in the kitchen. The homeowner wanted the floor lifted and leveled. Our design specialist recommended installing SmartJacks under the main beam in the crawlspace.

Our installation team installed 4 SmartJacks under the two main beams in the basement. The team used the adjustable tops of the SmartJacks to lift the floor until it was level.
