Water Entering Basement, Hollis, NH

A home in Hollis, New Hampshire had water entering their finished basement during times of heavy rains or melting snow. The basement was used for kitchen storage and the homeowner had seen as much as 4" of water in their basement at one time. Our design specialist recommended installing a perimeter drainage system in the basement of the home.

A homeowner in Hollis, New Hampshire, had reached out to EFS about finding a solution to prevent water from seeping into the basement. The homeowners have dealt with this issue for a while and were tired of cleaning up the mess so they reached out to EFS for a free inspection of their basement. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowners and inspected the basement to find a solution to the water penetration. Our Design Specialist recommended installing a full-perimeter drianage system around the basement to prevent further penetration. 

Crawlspace Encapsulation, Amherst, NH

A homeowner in Amherst, New Hampshire, had a damp and dirty crawlspace. The homeowner wanted to use their crawlspace to store personal belongings but couldn't because it was so dirty and damp. The homeowner reached out to EFS, and our design specialist recommended installing SmartJacks and encapsulating the crawlspace with Drainage Matting and CleanSpace. 

Water Ruined Finished Basement, Amherst, NH

A homeowner in Amherst, New Hampshire, had water entering the basement from a cold joint. The water entered the basement and overwhelmed the existing sump pump until it failed. Then the water continued to rise, causing damage to the finished basement. The homeowners call EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist recommended installing a perimeter drainage system and a sump pump to prevent the basement from getting damaged again. 

Our production team installed 36' of WaterGuard to the base of the foundation wall and an Ultra Sump. 

Foundation Crack Repair, Amherst, NH

A homeowner in Amherst, New Hampshire had found cracks from inside their basement. The cracks were on the foundation wall and were allowing water to come into the basement. The homeowners called EFS for a free inspection of their basement and our Design Specialist recommended installing 2 FlexiSpans and an Injection Crack Sealant into the basement to prevent water from entering their basement anymore.
