Michael thinks that the crack in the wall is because of hydrostatic pressure. He had also found some moisture issues in the basement. Our installation team installed the 5 SmartJacks under the main beam to add support to the floor system. We used the adjustable top to lift and level the floors above. The homeowners were very pleased with the results of the project.
