An owner of a condo in Exeter, New Hampshire, had a Star Wars collection in their finished basement. One rainstorm recently caused water to enter their basement, and the condo owner doesn't want their collection to get ruined. The condo already had a sump pump in the basement but it wasn't working well. A homeowner in Byfield, Massachusetts, had scheduled a service call scheduled with one of our service techs. Our service tech arrived and cleaned up their existing sump pump. When cleaning the pump a whole lot of water was coming into the basement so our service tech recommended a second sump pump to deal with the water. 

Our service tech came back a couple of days later and installed a second TripleSafe next to the existing one.
