The homeowners planned on using the basement as storage but didn't trust it since they had seen the water down there. They reached out to EFS for a free inspection of their basement. Our Design Specialist looked at the basement and recommended installing A full perimeter drainage system and a SmartJack into the basement to prevent water from entering the basement and to stabilize the floor system of the old home. Our installation team installed over 150 feet of drainage around the basement, a sump pump, a SmartJack, and exterior drainage to protect the home from water and sagging floors. 

A homeowner in Burlington, Massachusetts, had lived in their home for the past 22 years. Over the last few winters, the floor above their crawlspace has been especially cold. They decided to call EFS to see if they could find a solution for them.
