This homeowner had a large foundation wall crack in their basement. To effectively seal it, we first injected a polyurethane sealant, which expands as a foam inside the crack. The surface of the crack is then sealed with an epoxy. This two part system is guaranteed to stop any leaks and prevent any water damage. A crack monitor is also installed to help monitor any future foundation wall movement.

In Salem, New Hampshire, a homeowner experienced a leak in their foundation under their stairs and wanted to resurface their walkway.
