Our Design Specialist looked at the home and recommended installing Push Piers around the home to stabilize the foundation. Our team installed 32 Push Piers around the foundation to prevent further settlement. The team dug up the dirt around the entire foundation of the home to install the Push Piers. After the piers were installed we then backfilled and tamped the dirt around the foundation.

He was looking to eliminate leaks and puddles forming on his basement floor beforehand so his property would be protected. After scheduling an appointment with one of our Customer Care Specialists, a Design Specialist, John Prince, went to the home to conduct a free inspection. After completing the inspection, John recommended installing our TripleSafe sump pump, WaterGuard, CleanSpace, and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. This waterproofing system captures water at the perimeter of the basement before entering the home and flows to the sump pump, where it is then safely pumped outside of the home. CleanSpace is an encapsulation system that is applied to the wall to prevent moisture and humidity. Finally, our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier is installed to protect against mold and other effects due to humidity, as well as provide better air quality and a comfortable room climate.

With this system installed, a dry and temperate space has been created. The homeowner can now have the finished basement he always wanted.
