The foundation walls of this Bayville home were bowing and had horizontal cracks. The foundation problems were due to soil outside the home expanding due to soil saturation from heavy rains. The expansion of the soil put pressure on the foundation and caused the bowing walls which created a horizontal crack in the foundation.
