He did an excellent job explaining the problems in my basement as well as the products your company has developed to deal with such issues. I was convinced your company had the solutions and was ready for a successful, guaranteed fix. They were polite considerate and incredibly hard working. He consulted me when he found an additional crack in my wall as well as to confirm the correct floor coloring I chose. He demonstrated that he was dedicated to his job by coming back on a Saturday, the 6th day in a row to complete the job. He made sure I was happy with the end results. It has rained twice since the work has been completed and there has been no leaking. Please know how happy this makes me! My installation (smart sump and dehumidifier) was done 12 years ago. I recently had an issue and basement systems had a technician come out within a week. He performed a few tests and determined that the battery needed to be replaced. The technician, John, was professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. He is absolutely an asset to your company. They immediately called a sales rep who immediately contacted me. He fully explained the system I wanted installed. Several times he even answered the phone calls while on vacation, to answer additional questions I had. Outstanding. Put plastic sheet over HVAC unit, water heater and some personal stuff I could not move from the basement. Concrete dust was at an absolute minumum. They did the complete install in one day. Completely wiped down all the basement walls and personal basement stuff, hauled away 100% of the demolition conrete and plastic sheeting. Swept entire floor . I went to the internet for a local basement waterproofing company. Your website impressed me very much when compared to the rest that popped up. I made the right choice.

In dealing with Dan on a second job, it was like meeting with an old friend to discuss our water problem. Everyone who participated in our "water in the basement" project was most helpful. Dawn in the office who arranged the scheduling and the technicians who worked on the job were very competent. Once again, we have had a very pleasant experience!

They installed the zen wall, dehumidifier, and the triple safe sun pump. They did an outstanding job, solved the problem, and now I can literally sit in the basement and breath fresh air! Now, let's talk about the staff. He was my sales rep and he explained everything from start to finish. He even had a diagram on his computer and printed out on the spot what was going to happen. There was no pushy salesman work to sell me something I did not need, but sold me what I needed to solve the problem. He was an awesome foreman and his crew did an excellent job! The job was done on-time with no mess left behind. Then there was the service manager. He answered every question I had after the work was done and ensured everything was done to my satisfaction. Listen, I like to save money just like everyone else, and while they may not be the cheapest around, they do QUALITY work and do what they say. Plus, they are there whenever you need them. They are extremely PROFESSIONAL, and in this day and age, Quality and Professionalism is hard to come by. My neighbors were so impressed with their work when I showed him, he hired them to do their basement. Thanks for a great job!
