My basement waterproofing system has paid for itself over and over during the past year, with all this crazy rain, at least now I can just stay snug and enjoy listening to it on the roof instead of cringing every time I open the basement door.

They were courteous, professional, friendly and worked a very long day to make sure the job was done right and that we were happy. Very professional throughout the process – from the initial phone call all the way to the follow up call after I had work done. Pete, the owner came out and spent a long time going through the options and ideas. Based upon this meeting, I can see how he has built a first-class operation. Perfect in every way. I decided to have them install a dehumidification system. Jorge, the installer was great - very professional. Explained what he was doing, cleaned up after himself, took the time to explain how the unit works and let me know how to use it. Really a nice guy. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had this system installed years ago (after another company failed to solve our water problem in crawl space). It’s been working great ever since. The technician was professional polite and very knowledgeable. He took photos on his iPad so he could show me the system was going n fine working order. He even answeeed questions I had about our radon system.

Basement Systems USA sent out a crew led by a foreman named Esteban. The crew had to work both inside and outside of my home while I was working from home. The crew was extremely professional. They left NOTHING around, or inside, my home when they left and other than some noise I couldn't even tell they were there. I would recommend this company and this crew to anybody looking to have work done around their home.

We recently had basement systems install a french drain and sump pump in our basement. Although the crew was polite and respectful of our home things could have turned out better. Specifically the appearance and neatness of the job. So, I sent pictures of those things I considered to be below standard. The response was quick and the end result turned out good. Later, I was concerned about another issue and I got a same day response by their service tech. Jorge. After I showed him my concern he immediately recognized the problem and what needed to be done. With out the help of Dave ,Chris, Tina and Jorge I would have rated the company at 3 stars but because of their dedication to customer service they are 4plus. All good people that just need more time to do the initial install the best that it can be.

The crew that completed the installation were great and very informative. They explained thoroughly on the questions I asked and had no complaints on their work ethic.
