My basement was flooded on 2 occasions during the 1st 5 years (2003-08) I lived here -- once during a torrential rainfall, and once after a major snowstorm.  I have been very pleased with this company's work and results, and found its employees to be responsive, considerate and skilled. In spite of some record-breaking weather events these past 8 years, a few of which have caused the sump pump to activate, my basement has stayed 100% dry. (I have also been pleased with maintenance visits from Basement Systems USA every 3 or so years since original installation of the system.

Just a note to let you know how pleased I was with the crew that was sent to repair my wall. They were well mannered, efficient, educational and easy to interact with. My company had Basement Systems USA finish our basement at our office and I highly recommend their work! The basement turned out better than expected. The Foreman, Chris, was very good at communicating and always made sure the job site was clean at the end of the day. My company deals with a lot of different contractors and from my experience this company is very professional and does quality work. I would highly recommend them.

Appreciate everything you have done, has been a great experience from the beginning to end. Vince was great when he came out here, got right to it and didn't waste any time. The guys doing the installation were great, didn't even know they were here and they even cleaned up after themselves. I've heard the pump kick on a few times since installation which tells me the system is working and my basement has stayed dry!

We found mold infesting the carpet in the basement. We pulled out and threw away the carpet, and discovered that the concrete underneath was in pretty bad shape, so we didn't want to do the tiling ourselves. Talked to a couple places, Basement Systems USA was the most professional and knowledgeable and their prices were fair. We're very happy with the work they did. The estimate guy spent a long time with us and explained our options in great detail, never pressured or rushed us. We were able to schedule the installation for within a few weeks, which was great - we use the basement as a work space, and it was disruptive to have it out of commission. The workmen were a little late (really a little - less than a half hour) and hadn't called to give us a head's up, which is why I gave a B in that category - it annoys my husband when he doesn't know how long it will be until the workers arrive. Once the two men arrived, though, they were courteous and competent. They were honest with us about what they could and couldn't do given the shape of the concrete (i.e., there was no way we'd get a level floor down there without major concrete work), and they did a very nice job, and left everything spotless - definitely the most efficient and clean installation job we've had done. It wasn't cheap, but we felt it was a reasonable price and a good investment, and with the solid installation job to top it off, we're very happy with our choice. 

The team did a great job and I'm no longer having problems with the basement. I am beyond happy that the musty basement smell is no longer there, a job well done.
