Hi, I had a sump pump system installed by your company in October 2020. I'm happy to tell you that it has worked great and our wet basement issues are a thing of the past. Thank you! What a relief. Especially on nights like this (Ida!). I believe you told me that we should have a yearly inspection of the system. How do I go about arranging this? Thanks again Gene Halloran

I was just dealing with a leak in my ceiling, floor and basement all at once late on a Friday night in the middle of a heavy rainstorm. I called the emergency number and spoke with Dan. Dan was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful over the phone as he walked me through each possibility that could be causing my problems. Although the problems could not be fixed at that very moment, Dan gave me several questions and tips to use before the basement estimate, and ask the roofer that was scheduled to come out the following day. Once I find out what is NOT causing the problem with the roofer, I will be calling this company to come find the problem and fix it once and for all!!!!

Ray Rinnier is a great guy and really knew his trade. He was on time, did not hesitate to take his shoes off. The man climbed around that crawl space like an oversized gymnast.
