One guy from the team came out to assess the issue. He determined that the concrete needed to be removed to place a larger tube and would take 2-3 hrs and he was prepared to complete the job that day. Unfortunately, I had an appointment and could not accommodate 2-3 hrs. He was timely, pleasant and appropriate. Thank you.
