Your company was VERY professional in all aspects. Your Technical Sales Rep. arrived promptly on the date and time scheduled and was very knowledgable. Also the Technical Insatllation Crew did the work in a very professional manner and left our basement cleaner than it was before they started. After a storm dropped 2 inches of rain in a 24 hour period I was nervous. The sump pump and newly installed system did its job, and very well at that. For the first time in a long time our basement was dry.

Randy came out after we saw a leak from waterproofing installed by the same company two ok the earlier. There were a few issues that weren’t handled the first time, but to be honest, we had a downpour when they were installing the waterproofing. Randy extended the pipe for one of the existing sump pumps and gave it a new battery while concreting aground areas that weren’t reinforced. He was super helpful and I hope if there’s ever a problem down the line, Randy comes back out.

We had a good experience with your company and we have been using you for many years. Jesse and his crew did a wonderful job. They were efficient and left the premises clean. Jesse was very nice and explained the procedure every step of the way. He is a credit to your organization. I would use you again and recommend you to my friends.

He came out and got to the source of my water problems. In the past I’ve had water proofing quotes that never suggested a fix to my issues just a rushed solution. I do plan on moving forward with the job because it’s very affordable and a clear cut plan!
