I had my system installed March of 2005. It proved itself with last spring rains. The TripleSafe and SuperSump systems both worked great and there was no flooding during the June 2006 major flooding we had.  Everything has been working well and the stress of a wet basement is no longer an issue. The installation was good. I was satisfied with the clean-up. The guy mike out of the installation crew did a good job. The design specialist also did a good job. I was very impressed on the knowledge of all the workers, crew and office team. The reason for choosing Adirondack Basement System is the due to the pricing and the materials.

Your installation completely stopped a problem we had for years. Water would seep into the outside window wells and we had to go out with a bucket and empty them.  The water would flow over the window sills and down the walls. Since your system was installed - NO MORE PROBLEM!  Dry walls and floors! Thanks again!
