1.  Overall satisfaction with our company: Company was easy to work with. Appointments were on-time and "heads up" calls were made to notify me of impending arrivals. When we found that follow-up work was necessary, manager Robert Ramsey (who we saw at the Halfmoon Home Show) was quick to put us in touch with Matt, who quickly scheduled the follow-up visit.   2. Experience with call representative: Professional. Was introduced to company at Albany home show.   3.  Office Staff: Professional. Appreciate that calls were returned in a very timely manner and all questions were readily answered.   4. Salesperson and sales presentation: Bill Seabridge performed thorough on site evaluation. Price was within ballpark of our expectations.   5.  Our installation crew: Mike Cooradt arrived on time. Cleaned up crawl space and insulated. Returned a second time, no questions asked, when we still had minimal airflow that had not been insulated the first time. 6.  The cleanup process: All materials were removed and disposed of, without any mess left behind. 7.  What made you choose our company: Had been wanting to insulate our basement crawl space for years. Saw your booth at 2016 Albany Home Show and talked to a rep. Followed up with a call and on site visit. Thought the solution would work for our space and price was within our expectations. I was very satisfied with the installation that you guys have completed. The clean-up was satisfied. The installation crew was very good. I do think that the office team was knowledgeable. The reason I chose Adirondack Basement Systems over any other company was due to your products.

When you told me 3 years ago that my entire cellar would be mold and odor free after installing a SaniDry dehumidifier, I must admit i was skeptical. After 3 years of experience with this product, however, I am more than satisfied. Not only is my cellar mold and odor free-- as you stated-- the dehumidifier is so efficient that my wife routinely dries clothes in the cellar. Obviously, you didn't give me an exaggerated sales pitch. So naturally, when i had problems with my sump pump, i considered no other basement specialist. You came to my house promptly after i called and thoroughly and honestly analyzed my entire drainage system, not just the sump. Also, I had been thinking about installing a battery back-up to my sump pump to spare me the messy job of mopping my cellar floor the next time i lose power, but i had questions about its reliability in a prolonged power outage. Your answers convinced me that you had a reliable product. This time I didn't question your appraisal. I am having your UltraSump Battery Back Up Pump installed as soon as possible along with a new sump pump.Thanks for your service Frank
