This Fuquay Varina, NC customer contact Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair due to being alerted that he had a moisture problem. Our crew installed the CleanSpace encapsulation system to prevent moisture from entering the crawlspace that can cause mold, mildew, and wood rot.

Dave contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair with concerns about the crawlspace flooding at his home in Fuquay Varina, NC.

Glenn, one of our design specialists, inspected the home. After the inspection, Glenn proposed that having the crawlspace encapsulated would be the best solution. Dave was ready to get the ball rolling.

Our crew led by Pedro, first started by removing the debris and insulation. Next they sealed the vents and  installed the CleanSpace Drainage Matting, 10 Mil CleanSpace Liner, SilverGlo Insulation and Wrap Piers. Last they did the Discharge Line and LawnScape Outlet.

Dave was ecstatic with the work SEFR did to help protect his American Dream.

To prevent ground water evaporating into the crawl space air and moisture to leak through the walls, we installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System. 

StartPipe drainage is a system designed to efficiently manage and redirect excess water away from structures, preventing waterlogging and potential damage. It ensures proper water flow, reducing the risk of flooding and soil erosion.

Michael called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair as a first time home owner who wanted his crawl space check. Hunter found that the crawl space even though it seemed dry was full of moisture that could lead to mold growth if not taken care of. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair's crew led my  Larry Eldridge installed a Clean Space Encapsulation System to ensure that the crawl space would be dry. Michael is now happy to know that his new home will be taken care of for many years to come.
