Drainage matting will prevent water from pooling under the vapor barrier liner as it creates a channel for adequate groundwater drainage. 

The CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed throughout this customer's crawl space in order to control humidity and prevent moisture damage in the future. 

The EverLast crawl space door creates an airtight seal and is rot resistant, so little critters and moisture won't be able to get inside! 

Caroline contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair on behalf of her church. The church had been built in the 1960's and had a basement that they want to utilize. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Graham Moore met with Caroline to go over the basement of the church. Graham found that the basement had water that entered the crawl space from the walls and that the best solution would be to install the WaterGuard System. Caroline and the Church are thankful for the work done by Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair for their hard work in fixing the basement of the church.

Harold contacted Southeast after doing research online about the best solution to fix the mold and moisture in the crawl space of his home. The mold smell to Harold and his wife was over powering and causing health issues that they wanted fixed. Graham Moore met with Harold to go over the best solution to get rid of the mold and to combat the moisture issue that had pledged the home. The Southeast crew led by Ricky Warren installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation System which dried our the saturated wood and sprayed our Mold-X mold remover to get rid of the mold under the home. Harold and his wife are happy to know that their home and healthy and free of moisture and mold once again thanks to Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair.
