Gaynelle contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair as she was experiencing problems with cracks forming within the interior and also the exterior of the home. She was also experiencing unlevel floors and nails that had started to back out from the wall.

Justin found that there was several factors contributing to the problems that Gaynelle was experiencing. First, she had a moisture issue that that had caused the wood to sag within the crawl space.

Our crew installed 13 Smart Jacks along with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System to correct the issue of the sagging floors and to prevent further damage with in the crawl space.
