Morris contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair about sagging floors, mold, wet crawl space, and moisture issues at their home in Snow Hill, NC.

SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialists, Andy to go out and do an inspection of the home. Upon the inspection, Andy met with Morris to go over what he proposed for the mold, wood rot, sagging floors, and moisture issues, Andy found that the best solution to fix their home would be to encapsulate and then replace beams.

Our crew led by Jose H., performed the Mold Remediation and then a full encapsulation with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. We then replaced the rotten wood to help with the sagging floors.

Morris was ecstatic with the results of the work that SEFR did to Protect their American Dream.

Willie called Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after seeing one of company vehicles in his area. Willie was experiencing moisture problem under his home and wanted Southeast to come take a look. We did a full encapsulation to Willie's home and installed a custom crawl space door. Willie is happy with the results that we provided him!

Willie called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after seeing one of our company trucks. Willie had a vapor barrier under the home but was not happy with the results that it was producing. Inspector Justin Edwards met with Willie to go over his crawl space to see how we could help him. Southeast's crew led by Ricky Warren replaced Willie's vapor barrier with our Clean Space Encapsulation System which included Drainage Matting, 20 mil liner, Silver Glo, SaniDry CX and a Smart Sump.

Alfredo and Samantha contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because they had a lingering musky smell in the restaurant in Clinton, NC. They had heard that the smell could be coming from the crawl space and they wanted to take care of the issue. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to help Alfredo and Samantha by installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System we were able to get rid of the musky smell that was ingering by sealing off the crawl space from the earth and installing a Sedona Dehumidifier. Alfredo and Samantha are happy with the results that Southeast Foundation was able to provide to their restaurant.

Aaron contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about crawl space moisture and water bugs entering the home via the crawl space. Southeast Foundation inspector Justin Edwards met with Aaron to go over the crawl space and to find the best way to fix his home in Clinton, NC. We were able to help Aaron by installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. The System provides relief by sealing off the crawl space from the outside earth and keeping the dirt and water from entering the crawl space. Aaron is thrilled with the results that Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair provided in keeping his home safe and healthy.
