This troubled basement had water getting inside every time it rained via the gap between the basement wall and floor. We solved this problem by installing a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system to capture and redirect water at its very entry point and a CleanSpace wall system to cover and protect the space from humidity and water vapors. Water no longer stands a chance against this basement!

This damp and water damaged crawl space was turned into a clean and dry space, where mold can’t grow, by installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier. Made of 20mil thick, 7-layer polyethylene composition and is the most durable vapor barrier on the market. After installation, it seals and protects the crawl space from any moisture or humidity, creating a dry and healthy environment.
