Sealed in our ultra-durable CleanSpace vapor barrier, this crawl space is now protected from potential damage caused by moisture, humidity, or cold drafts.

Made from a 20mil thick, 7-layer polyethylene composition, CleanSpace is the most durable vapor barrier on the market. Suitable for both floors and walls, it was used to fully encapsulate this crawl space. Thus, providing protection from moisture, humidity, and even cold drafts. 

Water was leaking into this basement through the block walls and at the wall/floor joint. To permanently prevent water from ever entering the basement away, we installed an interior drainage system, high-quality sump pump, and sealed the walls with our CleanSpace Wall System. CleanSpace will block the moisture from seeping through the walls and into the basement. The water will drain down the back side of the liner and into the drainage system to be removed from the basement. 

The completely exposed crawl space was causing musty smells and mold growth which affected the air quality inside the living space. We cleaned out from underneath this Graylyn Manor building and sealed it tight with our durable vapor barrier to keep moisture out.
