To solve the root cause, our team installed a custom surface drainage system to divert water away from the home’s perimeter. The project included trenching, setting new PVC piping, and placing a strategic catch basin connected to the downspout effectively redirecting stormwater away from the foundation.

Once the system was in place, we backfilled and added gravel to protect the basin and improve drainage efficiency. This solution not only keeps water out of the crawlspace but also prevents future structural issues, improves indoor air quality, and protects the overall health of the home.
