This troubled crawl space had rotten support posts that were causing the floors of the home above to sag and sink down. Our crew installed a 26 SmartJacks to permanently stabilize this home's foundation. These high-capacity steel piers are fully adjustable. They will stop settlement and lift floors back to their original position.

One consequence from having a lot of water seepage is the increased risk of bowing walls. These crawl space walls were experiencing just that. We installed out steel beam PowerBraces to stabilize and hold the wall in place.

Bowing and cracking began to appear on this block wall and made the basement at risk for a wall collapse. We stabilized the wall with our CarbonArmor straps.

We repaired the large crack in this crawl space wall using the PowerBrace system. PowerBrace will permanently stabilize your home’s foundation walls using zinc-plated steel beams that are custom-fit to your space.  

This crawl space was troubled with mold, moisture, and sagging floors. These are scary issues, but nothing that Carolina Basement Systems can't handle! Our team permanently stabilized the floors with SmartJacks and then encapsulated the crawl space with SilverGlo insulation and CleanSpace liner. This crawl space is both stable and dry now!
