This troubled crawl space was a musty wet mess. The support beams were begining to weaken, causing the floors above to become bouncy and doors to stick closed. Our crew installed a SmartJack system to permanently stabilize the home's foundation and a CleanSpace encapsulation system to seal and protect the crawl space from moisture and humidity. These basement walls were bowing inward and cracks were begining to appear. Our crew installed CarbonArmor straps to permanently stabilize the walls. This system involves using fiber-reinforced polymers that contour tightly against the wall that are then connected to floor joists with ArmorLock brackets, making this a fast and non-invasive solution for wall stabilization. 

The walls of this older home were beginning to show visible cracks from settlement. Our team of professionals installed SmartJack supports and steel supplemental beams to permanently stabilize this home's foundation. 

Massive water seepage put pressure on this block wall and started to bow it. It also would flood. We waterproofed and stabilized the block walls with our drainage system and steel support beams.
