This troubled crawl space was a musty wet mess. The support beams were begining to weaken, causing the floors above to become bouncy and doors to stick closed. This homeowners foundation wall was serevely bowed with a large vertical crack. This not only compromised the structural integrity of the home but also allowed water to seep into the basement. Our team permanently secured and stabilized the wall and waterproofed the basement using our PowerBrace Wall Repair System, sealed it with CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, installed WaterGuard drainage and a TripleSafe Sump Pump. 

These basement walls were bowing inward and cracks were begining to appear. Our crew installed CarbonArmor straps to permanently stabilize the walls. This system involves using fiber-reinforced polymers that contour tightly against the wall that are then connected to floor joists with ArmorLock brackets, making this a fast and non-invasive solution for wall stabilization.
