In this Raleigh, NC home, our team completed a full crawlspace transformation with SmartJack support posts, encapsulation, and SilverGlo insulation. The SmartJack system was installed to stabilize and lift sagging floors, providing strong, adjustable support to the floor system above. We then sealed the crawlspace with a durable vapor barrier to lock out moisture and reduce humidity. To enhance energy efficiency, SilverGlo insulation was installed along the walls, helping regulate temperature year-round. This combination creates a cleaner, healthier, and more structurally sound crawlspace for long-term protection.

A customer had a foundation wall that was cracked and bowing. Our team installed the CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing System. This system uses high-strength carbon fiber straps that are bonded to the wall with epoxy. The straps stabilize the wall and prevent further movement, effectively reinforcing the structure and restoring its integrity.
