This homeowner needed a new waterproofing system along their back wall after their footer drains clogged and their sump pump became outdated. We installed our interior WaterGuard subfloor drains and BriteWall panels to manage water along the wall, then replaced the old sump pump. The previous system had an open croc pit that let moisture spread throughout the basement, creating musty odors, and it operated unpredictably and loudly. We upgraded to our TripleSafe sump pump, which is quiet, has an airtight lid, and a reliable switch to conserve energy. The system includes three pumps, including a battery backup, for maximum reliability. After the installation, the homeowner was relieved knowing their basement is protected and that they can easily upgrade to a full system in the future if needed.

We replaced this basement window in Monroe, OH, with an egress window. Now that the egress window is installed, the homeowners can finally begin to build a bedroom for their teenager in the basement. Egress windows allow for emergency exits from a basement, and are required by code to count as a bedroom on listings. Our beautiful RockWell window well has a natural feel and allows tons of natural light into the basement. They also have built-in steps and a cover to keep debris out. 

This homeowner in Franklin, Ohio, was dealing with a bowing foundation wall and water intrusion in the basement — a combination that only gets worse over time if left untreated.

To stabilize the foundation, we installed PowerBraces, a steel I-beam system designed to straighten walls over time without any invasive exterior digging. Along the perimeter, we laid in our WaterGuard® drainage system, which captures groundwater before it reaches the basement floor and channels it to a sump pump.

We paired the system with our TripleSafe® sump pump (not pictured), which includes three layers of protection — a primary pump, a secondary pump for high-volume situations, and a battery backup to keep things running during power outages. Finally, we finished the walls with BriteWall® paneling, a clean, moisture-resistant covering that not only brightens the space but also directs any wall seepage into the WaterGuard system below.

This customer in Mason, OH, wanted a bigger window that would allow for an emergency exit if needed be. The homeowners just placed a bedroom in their basement, and in order for someone to live in that room, there needed to be an egress window that would allow for an exit. All that was left to do was to install the window well lid!
