Egress Window Installation in Fairborn, OH

The owners of this house, like many other owners, wanted an egress window installation so they could count a room in their basement on their official home listing. An egress window is a safety standard for rooms in basements because it is an easy way to escape the basement in case of emergency. Our egress windows also look amazing and function really well. The homeowner was pleased with the job. *not pictured is the lid to the opening which we installed after the photo was taken.*

Basement Egress Window Installation in Fairborn, Ohio

This homeowner wanted an egress window installed so they could build a bedroom in their basement and have a safe emergency exit plan if ever needed. An egress window is also required if they want the bedroom to count if they ever listed the house. The RockWell has steps, is very durable, and looks nice.

Basement Waterproofing Contractor in Wilmington, Ohio

This homeowner had stained walls and floors from water intrusions in their basement. They called us to fix the problem, so we drew up a solution. We planned for a full perimeter WaterGuard drain system, hooked up to a SuperSump Plus sump pump. We also installed BrightWall panels to help cover up those stains.

Basement Waterproofing Company in Wilmington, Ohio

One side of this basement was leaking water any time it rained, so this homeowner called us for help. We told them we could waterproof just the one problematic side for now, and if they needed more work done in the future, we could come back out and extend the system. Often times, we find that if you only waterproof one side of the basement, the water will work its way around and eventually begin to build up outside the wall of where there is no waterproofing system. This is because water pressure builds up around the foundation evenly, and a partial system does not relieve this pressure, meaning cracks and leaks can still form in untreated sections. This homeowner does not care if the basement leaks on the untreated sides because their basement isn't finished, and they know they could have us back out in a jiffy to complete the system once/if that day comes.

Sump Pump Installation in Bellbrook, Ohio

This older existing sump pump was not pumping water out efficiently enough, so the homeowner called us to replace it with one of ours. They elected for the SuperSump, which will displace water at a much faster rate than the existing pump. It is also much quieter, more energy efficient, and more dependable.
