The corner of this basement in Mason, OH, had two leaky windows and a leaky cove joint. To stop water from coming in through the window wells and the floor-wall joint, we installed our french drain system in the floor and connected two window well ducts together. Our well ducts feature a grated drain at the bottom of the window well that channels water from outside directly into our interior subfloor drainage system. This helps prevent water from collecting in the window well and gives it a controlled path into the drainage system.These drains all lead to a new sump pump that we installed as well, which replaced their old sump system. Lastly, we covered the stained walls with our BriteWall paneling system to ensure a dry, clean look to the basement.

This basement in Loveland, OH, leaked almost every time it rained. They had a clogged footer drain, and rather than have someone excavate around their entire foundation to install a new exterior system, (which would likely clog again) they decided to have us install our full interior perimeter solution. This homeowner wanted to move their teenager down into the basement, so they also wanted us to install a new egress window to allow for emergency exits, natural sunlight, and fresh air. We installed our WaterGuard subfloor drains around the entire perimeter, our TripleSafe sump pump, CleanSpace walls everywhere, and of course, a brand new egress window. The result of this project was a happy father and daughter, who get to look forward to working together on building her new room.

This sump pump in Maineville, OH, was running constantly, and the homeowner was concerned that if a big storm were to roll through, the sump pump wouldn't be able to keep up. We replaced the sump pump with our TripleSafe system. The TripleSafe contains three pumps inside its liner, including one that is backed by a battery operated system. This battery backup system will ensure that the sump pump will continue to run in the event of a power outage. The TripleSafe also contains an airtight lid, an airtight floor drain, and an alarm system. The homeowner was relieved to know their new sump pump will be able to handle the worst of rainfalls. They also noted that the new sump pump is much more quiet. 

This house that we set out to waterproof was built in 1937 and had a block wall foundation. The relatively new owners of the home loved everything about the house, except for the fact that it leaked water every time it rained. In the before picture, you can actually see the damp spot on the floor closest to the wall. To waterproof it, we installed WaterGuard drains all around the interior perimeter of the basement, a TripleSafe sump pump, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and BrightWall paneling to give the walls a nice clean look. The homeowners won't have to worry about musty smells everytime it rains anymore.
