This customer asked us to replace their sump pump and old system with our patented products. Shown is a SuperSump Plus connected with interior perimeter WaterGuard. 

After encapsulating and insulating this crawl space, we installed the cherry on top, the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. This dehumidifier was invented by our Basement Systems team and is an exclusive product to our network, meaning you can only get this through us in our service area. Since being invented, it has been tested and tweaked over many years to have some of the best specs for a dehumidifier that does not have a clunky heat exchange core.

This home had a basement that was dirty and wet. We fixed it up to be clean and dry by installing CleanSpace walls, WaterGuard, a french drain, and a TripleSafe water pump. 

CleanSpace is one of our most popular wall options that we install. It is a vapor proof barrier that is strong, antimicrobial, and clean. It tucks right into our subfloor drains, which helps drain wall moisture. It can be left as is, or you can finish your own type of wall over it thanks to the CleanSpace's moisture protection properties.

The basement in this home was damp and was ruining every rug they laid down over the floor. They wanted water to stop ruining their rugs, so we got to work. We installed a full perimeter WaterGuard system underneath the basement floor and a TripleSafe sump pump right near the electrical outlet. The discharge from the pump goes far away from the home in the yard.
