This house in Newport, Kentucky was in need of a proper waterproofing job. The owner contacted us for help because the basement kept flooding and the owner needed it to be dry so they could store items down there and stop mold from growing. One of our inspectors drew up a plan that included a TripleSafe pump, WaterGuard subfloor drains, CleanSpace walls, and to top it all off, we included a water drainage system around the water heater in case the heater were to leak. The basement is now safe from moisture and leaks, and has a cleaner look and feel thanks to the CleanSpace walls. 

This basement was leaking water. We fixed it with WaterGuard and a TripleSafe. 

This front porch along with the rest of the driveway and sidewalk had sunken into the ground. The homeowner did not want this beautiful concrete to crack from sinking too far, so we set out to fix it. We injected the driveway, front porch step, and the sidewalk with PolyLevel foam. Using a calculated amount, we were able to raise everything back to where it was original set. 

The owner of this crawl space regarding "dampness and smells" from their crawl space. We sent one of our certified inspectors to help them come up with a plan to stop the moisture issues they were experiencing with their crawl space. We installed our system consisting of perforated drain pipes, a SmartSump sump pump with an Ultra Sump 4 battery backup, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, drainage matting under CleanSpace lining, and SilverGlo insulation panels.
