Crawl Space Repair Company in Winchester, Ohio

This home had a crawl space that was leaking water all along the floor and walls. In order to waterproof, we first encapsulated the crawlspace by laying down our CleanSpace liner everywhere. This seals out water, dirt, and other things from the crawlspace. We also installed a SmartSump sump pump which is able to take all the water that the CleanSpace directs towards the pump, and shoot it away from the home. Our services were rendered helpful, the customer said they have never seen the crawlspace that dry when it rained.

Egress Window Installation in Goshen, Ohio

This homeowner wanted an egress window in their basement because they had a teenager who wanted to build a bedroom in their basement to live in. An egress window provides safety as an emergency exit from the room as well as a great natural light source.

Foundation Waterproofing Services in Maineville, Ohio

This customer was building an extension of the home and they had the foundation built. The customer knew they wanted to waterproof the crawl space the right way the first time. A smart investment if you ask us. We encapsulated the crawl space with our Clean Space liner and matting. We then placed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier on top of the CleanSpace for added moisture wicking support.

Basement Waterproofing Services in Maineville, Ohio

This home had a waterproofing problem that was a result of their old sump pump system. We repaired this basement by installing a system of our newer waterproofing products. We replaced the old sump pump with our new Ultra Sump 4, a far superior product. We hooked up WaterGuard drainage to the sump pump, under the concrete floor around the perimeter of the basement. We also installed CleanSpace walls to further help block out moisture and make the basement look cleaner.

Sump Pump Replacement in Monroe, Ohio

This homeowner called us because their 40 year old house was leaking water under their finished basement floor. They already had an existing sump pump, and they didn't know what the real issue was. Upon our free inspection, we told them their issues were their older sump pump, clogged drainage tile, and a leaky window. We fixed all these problems by replacing their existing pump with our SuperSump, replacing their drainage system with our WaterGuard subfloor drains, and installing a window well duct to catch leaks from the window.
