To repair this crawl space in Walton, KY, we waterproofed it, encapsulated it, lifted it, insulated it, and dehumidified it. The waterproofing, encapsulating, and dehumidifying processes in the crawl space will make sure it stays bone dry year round. The SmartJacks we installed to lift the crawl space will help keep the floors above even and strong. The SilverGlo insulation paneling we installed will help save the homeowners money on energy. In just one day, we were able to give this crawl space all that it needed to live a long life, help conserve energy, support the floors above, and give the homeowners healthy air to breathe.
CrawlSpace Waterproofing & Encapsulation Systems in Aurora, Indiana
A nasty crawlspace formed by dirt, moisture, and bugs can lead to poor living conditions for the inhabitants living above the crawlspace. In order to encapsulate and reduce the risk of the crawlspace flooding we installed a lot. First we installed a vapor barrier by placing CleanSpace and drainage matting over the walls and floors. We then installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, a SmartPump sump pump on one side of the large crawlspace, and a UltraSump 4 sump pump on the other side. We topped it off with SilverGlo insulation panels, which will help save big money on energy bills.
Crawl Space Repair in Vandalia, OH
This cute little home had a crawlspace that needed encapsulated. We did the routine CleanSpace, SaniDry Sedona, SIlverGlo and SmartPump sump pump.
Concrete Floor Crawl Space Repair in Monroe, OH
This crawl space project is pretty unique because the floor of the crawl space was concrete. Concrete is a porous material and allows moisture to seep through, so an encapsulation was worth it. We jackhammered a sump pit into the floor, installed our sump pump into the pit, installed our dimpled drainage matting, installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier over the matting, and then wrapped up by installing our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.
