This home had a crawl space that had moisture issues and it was not very well insulated. We encapsulated using our CleanSpace vapor barrier and our SilverGlo insulation panels. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona to dehumidify, and a SmartPump to pump out water. The result is a well functioning crawl space that will save the homeowners money down the road on their energy bills and costly wood repairs.

This homeowner wanted a mold prevention system for their crawl space, so we encapsulated it with our CleanSpace moisture barrier. After installation, the homeowner gained some peace of mind knowing they won't have to worry about breathing unhealthy air or having to replace the wood. 

This shallow crawl space moisture levels were leading to health problems for the owners, and the house. We installed CleanSpace walls and floors to encapsulate it, effectively blocking out moisture. We also threw in a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and a TripleSafe sump pump to keep ground water out, and to control the humidity levels in the treated space.

This crawlspace was capturing moisture at a rate that was unsustainable. Mold was eating away the wooden parts of the crawl space. We encapsulated the entire crawl space with CleanSpace matting and we also installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to stop all moisture.
