This customer was dealing with a leaky basement and a cracked, bowing basement foundation wall. To fix these problems, we installed our WaterGuard Interior Basement Drainage System and CarbonArmor System to stabilize the basement walls. 

This homeowner in Neapolis, OH became concerned after noticing that the floors in their home felt unusually bouncy. Upon checking the crawl space, they discovered stacked concrete blocks and rotted wood posts being used as makeshift supports. Realizing this wasn’t a long-term solution, they contacted Mid-State Basement Systems for help.

Our inspector Tim visited the home and proposed a permanent fix. His plan included the installation of 5 SmartJack crawl space support posts along with 8 feet of supplemental steel beam to properly stabilize the floor system. Foreman Levi and his crew completed the installation efficiently, giving the homeowner peace of mind knowing their foundation is now secure and built to last.
