This Powell, OH homeowner thought her crawlspace was waterproofed, but was still finding moisture. Unsure of how to proceed she called Mid-State Basement Systems. Crawl space expert Zach Vandemark conducted a thorough inspection of the property and recommended we encapsulate the crawl space with CleanSpace Vapor Barrier. 

This egress window was causing moisture to get into the home and a draft to make its way though. The homeowner tried to combat this by placing towels along the window, but knew they needed a more permanent solution.

A before and after look at a FlexiSpan crack repair. FlexiSpan crack repair is actually a three-part process that begins with the application of a flexible sealant along the full length of the crack. Next, a strip of flexible and porous foam is installed over the crack.

This partially finished basement had water seeping in through the walls. Worried this could lead to a bigger problem, the homeowner called Mid-State Basement Systems for a solution.

Inspector Mitch Mink recommended the WaterGuard Interior Drainage System. The WaterGuard system is installed inside the basement along the perimeter to effectively capture wall and floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor. Water enters the system via inlet holes and flows through the drainage pipe to the sump pump.
