This customer was experiencing sagging and bouncy floors. The source of this problem was his crawl space. Our expert installers at Cleveland Basement Systems installed the SmartJack stabilization system in order to support the joists and raise them to the original position. 

This homeowner, located in Chagrin Falls, OH, faced frustrating challenges with their walkout basement double doors constantly sticking. This was due to possible settling or beam issues. The inspector measured the beams and noticed that they were sagging. Cleveland Basement Systems installed the SmartJack Support System along the faulty beams. This not only stabilized the problematic area, but also provided a durable, long-lasting fix.

We repaired this bowing, horizontal cracking wall by using CarbonArmor straps. These fiber-reinforced polymers are 10 times stronger than steel but flexible enough to contour tightly against the wall for a fast, non-invasive solution.

We stabilized this foundation wall with a PowerBrace System! PowerBrace is made up of steel beams that are secured against the foundation wall and anchored to the floor joists. This system can be tightened overtime to help straighten the wall back to where it was.
