This wet basement was starting to grow mold. The homeowner really wanted the moisture and mold taken care of. We killed and removed the mold by using Mold-X2. We then waterproofed this space with a TripleSafe Sump Pump, WaterGuard Interior Drainage System, CleanSpace Wall System, and also installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. These products will all work together to keep this basement dry and protected, year-round! 

Water in the basement was causing problems for this homeowner. Their sump pump had failed and they were looking for a better replacement. We were able to replace their sump with a SuperSump Sump Pump System. This system contains a 1/3 hp Zoeller cast iron sump, air tight lid, and a WaterWatch Alarm System. We also added an IceGuard onto the exterior discharge line. IceGuard allows water to escape the sump in the event that the normal discharge line is frozen. For added measure, we installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. This powerhouse of a dehumidifier can remove up to 100 pints of water from the air each day. It also filters the air to prevent mold growth.

This basement is now dry and the homeowner is so happy about that!
