We solved the water problems by installing a WaterGuard Interior Drainage System, CleanSpace Wall System, and TripleSafe Sump Pump to get the water out and protect against future water intrusion. To secure the foundation we installed PowerBrace Wall System.

This Elyria homeowner was looking to have a backup battery installed on his existing sump pump. We were able to help him by installing an UltraSump Battery Back up System! This system has a back up battery that will turn on automatically should the need arise! Also included is a TimeMachine Data Logger. This product allows the owner access to records and reports through an app!

A homeowner in Sheffield Lake, Ohio had cracking and very porous concrete in her basement where water was easily entering. She previously had a flood in her basement as well, in which caused mold to form. Our Crew installed a waterproofing system, as well as our PowerBrace support system that will be able to lift the home, saving the foundation. The PowerBrace System can be tightened over time to potentially straighten the wall back to where it was! To protect this basement from water we installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump, CleanSpace Wall System, and WaterGuard Interior Drainage System. 

This basement is now stabilized and waterproofed! The homeowner is so happy with the results!
