I had an old sump pump without a battery backup system and figured it was time to invest in a proper system to protect my basement. Omni installed the Super Sump pump with Battery backup system . I am very happy with the project and very impressed with the work the team did. The installation looks great and the install looks perfect. The ice guard and buried landscape cover really make the install look clean. The team cleaned up the work area and all and all I would say they did an A+ job. I had a 1950s house with a sump pit and pump that was undersized. After a sump overflow and trying with several plumbing services (with limited success) to bring it up to modern standards I contacted Omni Basement Systems that specialize solving basement water issues. They dug and installed a new sump, pump and back up system. The workmen were professional and they left the site as clean as when they arrived. I had exactly the same experience when I had a sewage backwater valve installed recently. An improvement would be to have the sump pump high water and backup alarm systems send out a message by wifi. The audible alarms don't do any good when you aren't home to hear them. I have several other devices from wall plug timers to my Nest thermostat that message my phone when something is wrong so the technology exists, is inexpensive, with no need to have a home alarm system installed or anything.

Had a leaky block foundation repair done. Omni broke up concrete basement floor, installed a track to run water away into a sump pump they installed. Finished floor with fresh cement and finished wall off with a nice white membrane. The crew of 3 were punctual, professional and polite. Worked efficiently and cleaned up the work area.

The repair has been very successful. We have had at least three deluge rainfalls since the repair and there has been zero leakage, whereas before the repair we would have seen rivulets.
