My experience was a 10/10. Josh was very polite and patient with all my questions. At the end of the appointment we received our proposal which was nice that we didn't have to wait. The price was fair and the solution was exceptional. I thought that the presentation Josh gave on his computer really was helpful and informative in me making my decision and it was the overall professionalism and confidence in the product/company that Josh portrayed is the reason I decided to choose TerraFirma.

Our crawlspace looks amazing! We have a lot to that to Josh Anderson and the entire TerraFirma team. We had a very crummy crawlspace situation and have been looking to do something about it for some time now. We saw a TerraFirma booth at a home show in Portland and scheduled an appointment on the spot. Josh had a simple plan that was inexpensive to our budget and felt comfortable with the solution Josh proposed. Drew and his crew were clean and quick with the project and were done by the end of the day. Thanks guys.

We had TerraFirma out to encapsulate our crawl space. I was very impressed with TerraFirma-Very professional, very helpful, very knowledgeable. We had a joy working with Ryan. He is a very sincere and a genuinely nice guy, which made me feel like he was there to help rather than just to sell me something. I appreciated that he was always available to call or email with questions and follow up conversations. We have recently had the house appraised because we are selling soon (hopefully) and the value of the home went up roughly 10% after getting Cleanspace installed. Chris was very helpful in explaining the details and benefits of why I should be getting my crawl space encapsulated rather than just laying down a new liner. He suggested using their Cleanspace material to completely encapsulate the area. The main benefits being no more mold and dry rot, better breathing air and low utility bills. This made a lot of sense to me and for the price we paid it was well worth it. I did have some initial objections to funding the project but Chris presented many financing options. Surprisingly they had great rates. Chris was very personable and honest with his approach to my project, which I really appreciated. He was very sincere and knowledgeable. TeraFirma really impressed me the whole way though, following up on message, emails, phone calls, etc and making sure I was never guessing what the next step was. Great job.

TerraFirma respected my time and my money. After negotiating, we were able to come to agreement on a price that would solve my crawlspace problems and not take a huge hit to the wallet. We had a very enjoyable experience with Deryl and we loved working with a professional company. The production team didn't make a mess and all. They removed all the debris from the crawl space in a tidy manner and got to work installing their encapsulating system. Overall very quick and painless. The biggest reason for me going with Ryan proposal and TerraFirma is they were the only company whose proposal was truly going to give me the best bang for my buck and give me the piece of mind, my house and family were healthy. We did seek out other companies and they didn't compare to what TerraFirma provided. The price was right and the quality of production (on paper) was the most persuasive. Ryan was prompt and ready to go for our early morning appointment. He was great and I would recommend your services to anyone.

I was in contact with Josh for about a month ironing out all the details of my job. He has been extremely helpful throughout the process of setting me up with the best plan of attack. We enjoyed our visit with Bryan and we were very impressed. He was able to confirm what we felt was the case, that we are not in bad shape foundation wise and have no major basement or crawl space issues. Humidity is also not a big issue for us. He spend quality time with us and we were especially impressed he did not try to sell us something we did not really need. We will consider the vapor proofing of our crawl space as a possibility down the road and may look at that for our crawl space at our rental property. We have already shared your name with neighbors and if there is ever a time where we need any of the services you provide we will definitely give you a call. Extremely impressed with your design specialist. Polite, efficient and presented information well.

TerraFirma was the only company that gave me honest answers and quotes.  The first estimate that was given to me included all the labor, parts, and any additional costs. We went with TerraFirma because they are honest and didn't hide any cost. This is something that anyone can appreciate. Kevin was a very nice gentleman who knew his stuff. His solution was complete and thorough and I was very comfortable that it would give me the most benefit for my dollar. Now we have a clean crawl space with healthy air and no moisture. Thank you Drew, and your crew for transforming my crawl space into a CLEAN SPACE!!! I had water settling under my house, and they came and installed a sump pump, drainage mat and Cleanspace liner in two days! I cant thank you enough for your hard work!!!
