55ft of WaterGuard Drainage System was installed along the inside perimeter of the first floor living room. This home was originally built into a hillside without a drainage system in place. Water flowed through the soil through the hill, causing water damage to their living space. That same water flow caused inward pressure on the foundation wall, and was beginning to bow in. The PowerBrace System was installed to stabilize and straighten the hillside foundation wall. 

This basement wall had large crack and needed to be repaired right away. Every time it rained, water entered through the crack and puddled on the basement floor. The homeowner noticed the basement wall was starting to crumble, and the floor was becoming discolored. C.N. contacted Liberty Basement Systems due to having moisture in the basement. The solution that Tyler H. proposed was to add a perimeter system of WaterGuard around the basement to help keep the floors dry. A TripleSafe sump was installed to manage any and all water that would come in through the WaterGuard system and be discharged outside. C.N. home has a current radon system installed so the team at Liberty Basement Systems ensured the new system of WaterGuard that was installed was properly sealed to maintain the functionality of radon system.
