WaterGuard Drainage System was installed along the perimeter of the basement floor. Water seepage through the concrete block foundation walls will run down the wall and into the flanges on the WaterGuard, and drain to the sump pump system to be pumped away from the home. 

The grated opening of this system is designed to accept water from the floor, where it's then redirected to your perimeter drain and your sump pump.

Outside of the home, an Exterior Discharge Line was installed. Any water that enters the basement will be filtered through the Drainage System, and safely be carried away through the discharge line several feet from the home.
