Manager and Specialist Luke Stemple came out to Mildred’s home and completed the inspection.  Afterward, he explained to her that the solution she was looking for was Cantey’s patented Smart Jack system. Team Leader Matt, Team Member Robert, and Team Member David came out to Mildred home and efficiently installed the Smart Jacks. After the work, Mildred was so happy that her home was level again. Dallas R. is a homeowner in Lugoff, SC who has taken pride in his home for 42 years. Unfortunately, Dallas has allergies that started to become worse when he was in his home. He started to notice a musty smell in his closet a while ago and began to wonder if that was the cause of his allergies worsening. Dallas decided that he needed to protect not only his home but his health as well. He gave Cantey Foundation Specialists a call after hearing some testimonials from different people in the community about the work they do. System Design Specialist Jamie Beresford came out and took a look at Dallas' crawl space where he found a rotting beam in the center of the home. He suggested to Dallas that this beam be replaced with the help of one of Cantey's crews. Production Team Leader Israel Santana, Production Team Member Jonathan Lowder, and Production Team Member Austin Boan came out and successfully removed the rotting beam and replaced it with a brand new beam. Dallas is now feeling much better in his home, thanks to the work that Cantey did to protect not only the home but the homeowner. 

Larry S. has been a homeowner in Lugoff, SC for some time but has finally decided it is time to move to be closer to his children. He has enjoyed this home however, his family is more important than ever with his first grandchild on the way. To get his home ready to sell he had to have it inspected to check for any fixes he needed to make. The inspection of the crawl space found termite damage that needed to be replaced before putting the home on the market. Richard went through the crawl space and found the damaged areas of wood. Richard assured Larry that Cantey could replace the damaged wood in his crawl space with no problem. Larry now has his home on the market and is sure that the repair Cantey did will add value to his home.

Jane H. has lived in her Winnsboro, SC home for a few years now. When she became a single woman, she looked for a home that would fit her needs and finally found the right one. Once she was all settled, she found that her living room floor had some soft spots. Jane did not know anything about crawl spaces and how to repair them.
