Home owner was having issues with ponding water in his crawl space even tho he has a sump pump all ready installed. He informed us that it was not one of our pumps. He wasn't sure who had installed it,  and wanted to know if we could come out to have a look at it. It was foretasted to have a lot of rain coming and didn't want to have his crawl space flooded. When we got there we found that the pump was not working. told him he would need a new one. He informed us that they lose power often. So we told him about our Trip;e Save Sum Pump with a battery back-up for cases just like that.

Sump Pump Installation in Nashville, TN

This homeowner in Nashville, TN, contacted Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair to have a sump pump system installed in their basement. Our innovative TripleSafe sump pump system is designed to prevent your home's basement from flooding. This sump pump system is equipped with multiple backups so that it will be less likely to fail. This system is installed by digging out a trench along the perimeter of the basement. We then place EZ-Flow tubing into the trench. This tubing allows water to flow around the perimeter and into the lowest section of the crawl space, which is where the sump pump pit resides. After digging out the pit, we place our sump pump liner with the pumps inside and fill the space with fresh gravel. A drainage that runs out of the basement and into the yard is attached to the sump pump system. This drainage line extends out into the yards and runs flush with the ground. This allows the homeowner to tend to their yard without hitting the drain.

Crawl Space Vents in Nashville, TN

Vents not only let hot, wet or cold air into a crawl space - but water too!

By having high water content in a crawl space, the relative humidity will cause wood to become damp and rot, causing mold to grow. In winter time when the relative humidity in the air is low, the result is cold floors, cold drafts and high energy bills! So when the solution is worse than the problem, the answer is to use a vent cover in conjunction with our CleanSpace system.

SuperSump Pump Installed in Flooding Basement in

This Tennessee basement had a BIG flooding problem. Whenever it rained heavy, leaks would appear all over the basement. It would make puddles or completely cover the ground. They had future plans for their forever home that did not include mopping up their basement's water every other weekend.
The homeowners googled basement waterproofing specialists and found us. They decided to take advantage of our free inspections and called us to book an appointment immediately. Basement Waterproofing in Nashville, TN

This customer in Nashville, TN had an issue with water leaking into his basement. We came out and installed a basement waterproofing system for him to mitigate the issue. We started with drilling holes in the concrete block to let the water drain from the concrete block into the WaterGuard system we also installed. The water will drain from the walls into the trench through the WaterGuard, and into the newly installed TripleSafe Sump Pump. The pump will then push the water out through the drainage system, leading outside through the IceGuard and drainage line into the LawnScape system to the yard away from the home and the foundation. Now he will no longer need to deal with a wet basement.
