This customer in Nashville, TN had purchased a home where the previous owner opted only to get a TripleSafe® Sump Pump. While we come out yearly to maintain these for our clients, to get the best protection for your basement we always recommend the complete basement waterproofing system, which includes A TripleSafe® Sump Pump System, combined with a SaniDry® dehumidifier, IceGuard®, and Waterguard® around the perimeter. This ensures the ultimate basement waterproofing and humidity control. With too much water coming in or coming up from the ground this customer needed a full perimeter waterproofing solution. We have had a lot of storms lately here in Middle Tennessee, and additional water management was needed to drain the pooling water into the sump pump. We cleaned and serviced her sump pump, then installed our WaterGuard® System and IceGuard® to make sure this problem does not occur again. 

This beautiful Melrose neighborhood home was built in 1925. The homeowner decided to do a complete home renovation from top to bottom, including his basement and crawl space. Since this home was built in 1925, it was supported by rotting 2x4 beams under the subfloors and cedar tree trunks. To support this home permanently, we worked with a structural engineer to custom-make support beams to go under the subfloor to attach to Smart Jacks that would replace the cedar tree trunks. These beams weighed over 3,500 lbs., and our installers carried them into the basement by hand. It took many hands to help get this project completed. His basement waterproofing also included the SmartJacks, a vapor barrier in the crawl space, a WaterGuard and LawnScape System, CleanSpace on the stone walls, and a radon mitigation system. 

This customer in Nashville, TN called Frontier to address issues with flooding in his basement. To fix the issue we installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system, with a TrenchDrain. We also installed IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines. To keep any water discharge away from the structure we installed a LawnScape Outlet. We also added a TripleSafe Complete pump system and CleanSpace on the walls. These products will greatly reduce the chance of flooding or water intrusion issues again. 

The Everlast crawl space door is the final step to the encapsulation process.  This door is meant to control what goes on in and out of your crawl space. Too often, a crawl space door is simply cut from a piece of plywood and secured loosely over the crawl space opening with hinges or screws.  As you can see from the photos, this is exactly what the crawl space door was before the homeowners got an Everlast door.  Needless to say, no more bugs or moisture in their crawlspace.

This homeowner had a big problem with moisture in his crawl space. His soil ground was constantly moist and it started to cause mold to grow on his wood panels. He knew it was time to call experts to help him with his moisture problem. 
When our inspector came to inspect the home, he took moisture tests and reference photos. He then sat down with the homeowner and explained to him what was happening in his crawl space and what products we had that could fix the problems. The homeowner agreed that it was time for a permanent solution before the moisture caused permanent damage.
