In Gallatin, TN, a home displayed clear signs of structural concerns, the property wrestled with a crawl space saturated with moisture. The initial assessment uncovered a compromised foundation, characterized by damaged wood and an unhealthy crawl space environment. Our approach involved the implementation of a resilient 20mil thick Clean Space Vapor Barrier, complemented by specialized drainage matting. This strategic combination created a sealed barrier robust against moisture and humidity infiltration. To further fortify structural integrity, SmartJack Stabilizers, crafted from galvanized steel, were strategically positioned to lift and restore the home to its original position.

This customer in Gallatin, TN called Frontier to help with moisture issues in thier crawl space and sagging floors. We addressed the structural issues first with The SmartJack System, to lift and stabilize the structure.  To address the moisture issues, we cleaned up the debris in the crawl space and installed Drainage matting, CleanSpace liner on the floors and walls, we also sealed off all the vents with SilverGlo panels and spray foam insulation and installed a  SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and a drainage system. We finished the project off with a new EverLast crawl space door.
