We cleaned out all the debris, installed Drainage matting, covered the crawl space in CleanSpace liner, installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and finished the project by sealing the crawl space vents and any other air leaks with SilverGlo panels and spray foam insulation. Now the customer has a fully encapsulated, dry, and healthy crawl space!

To seal off and waterproof the crawl space we removed all the debris like the old vapor barrier and installed SilverGo panels over the crawl space vents and installed drainage matting, encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace system, and installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. We also installed a new EverLast crawl space door to seal their crawl space.

The homeowner of this Cottonwood home was looking to sell but a home inspector found some concerns that needed immediate attention. He had lived there for 15 years but the home was built in 1901 and was long over due for some attention.

The supports in the crawl space may have been sufficient at one time but were long overdue to be replaced with a better product. The galvanized steel of the SmartJacks were a much better permanent solution for this old house.
